Batu Toledo

Batu Toledo received his undergraduate degree from Bilkent University, Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics. During his undergraduate studies, he joined Prof. Raffi Van Aroian’s Laboratory at University of Massachusetts Medical School as a summer intern and worked on recombinant protein production for vaccines. Then, he completed his master’s degree at Koç University, Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics with Serkan Kır where he worked on the molecular mechanism of muscle loss. Now, he is a doctoral student at Krüger Lab and working on structure-function relationships of TIMP-1
